Charity Yoga Varna, downtown
Charity Yoga is a cause we are eager to develop together with the Social Teahouse in Varna. The idea behind this project is to do something for yourself, for your physical and mental health, while at the same time contributing to a good cause.
The sessions take place every Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 53 Preslav Street, in the Social Teahouse second floor.

About the Social Teahouse
The Social Teahouse is a place where young people deprived of parental care can find their first job. Here, they not only get the opportunity for an independent way of life, but the team at the Social Teahouse also provides them with the tools to develop both personally and professionally—something that not every workplace would offer.

The duration of the practice is 60 minutes, starting with grounding or a light meditation, followed by the physical practice (asana practice). In this part, we go through fundamental poses, but each session combines various elements.
After the physical segment, we move into Shavasana, the relaxation pose, to integrate the benefits of the practice. We always conclude with Pranayama (breathing exercises) or meditation.

The first visit is free! As mentioned above, this is Charity Yoga, meaning 100% of the price goes to the cause of the Social Teahouse. You can check the prices and packages here:

The hall has a capacity for a maximum of 12 practitioners, so it is important to register for a session. You can do this by calling 0898713210 or write in facebook or instagram. For our mutual convenience, we have a group chat where we discuss details about the sessions.
It is important to know that we do not have showers for you to use. Additionally, please bring your own mats (as we only have two spare ones in case someone forgets theirs). We do have blocks that you can use to adapt poses.
